You agree to sign the liability waiver:
I understand that physical conditioning and exercise in general has inherent risks which cannot be eliminated. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Dynamic Pilates and its owners and employees from any and all claims for personal injury or other loss resulting from my participating in Pilates, the Pilates equipment and any other exercise method engaged in on premises. I take full responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to my person and/or property that may arise directly or indirectly, from my participation in exercise at the studio and agree to participate in sessions at my own risk.
I acknowledge that Dynamic Pilates often takes photos of classes in action to use for promotional purposes around the studio, on Facebook, Instagram and on their website. I give my permission for photos of me to be used and waive any rights for payment for use of my image.

I agree to Dynamic Pilates emailing me their regular newsletter and acknowledge I can opt-out of this at any time.
I acknowledge that Dynamic Pilates is also a teacher training studio, and I agree to teacher trainers sometimes observing classes.
I agree to be bound by the rules of the studio, as detailed at stated below, including the following Cancellation Policy:
We cannot refund you if you are unable to use your all your classes before the expiry date. With a medical certificate, we can place your cards on hold for up to 3 months.
Due to our class sizes we request that you book your class early to ensure a place.

- To cancel a Private Session, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice must be given, otherwise the full fee will be charged.
- To cancel an Equipment or Floor session a minimum of 6 hours’ notice is required otherwise the full fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy
Dynamic Pilates understands that sometimes you have to cancel a class booking. Please cancel as soon as possible to enable other clients to have your space.
If you cancel within the "early cancel" timeframe, at least 6 hours before class, you will not be charged for the class.
Unfortunately, if you "late cancel", or you do not show up, you will be charged as if you attended.

Purchase Policy
It is your responsibility to ensure you book in advance enough to use your concession cards before the validity time frame expires.
Please note also that all bulk cards have a 12-month expiry from date of purchase.

Privacy Policy
Privacy Statement: Dynamic Pilates collects information about you for the purpose of keeping you safe, managing studio memberships, keeping in touch and to help us understand your specific needs. It will not be used for other purposes, or be passed on to unrelated parties. You can ask to view or correct this information at any time.
Studio Policy
Arrival – Please make sure you arrive five minutes before your scheduled class begins.
No Show / Late Cancel – If you fail to attend your scheduled class or cancel within two hours of the class beginning, you will be charged for the class.
Clothing – Please wear comfortable clothing without buckles or zips. We have Pilates socks available for purchase in studio.
Phones – Please turn off your phone when you enter the studio unless otherwise discussed with a teacher to avoid disrupting the class.
Personal items – Key lockers are provided for your belongings. Dynamic Pilates does not accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage caused to any personal belongings.
Health & Safety – Please advise the teacher of any health or injury issues that may effect you during any of your classes.
