Classes at Dynamic Pilates start at Introduction then progress to Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced. We would like to make sure you come to the correct class so we can keep your body safe.
If you have never done Pilates before, we invite you attend our eight week Introduction to Pilates block course. You can then join mat, reformer, chair and tower classes. Until then, you are welcome to join our non-Pilates classes (Cross Training, Core Strength and Stretch, and Dynamic Stretch).
The next Introduction to Pilates block course has not yet been scheduled. Please contact us if you would like to register and we will contact you when we have set a date. Usually this course fills up with a waitlist, so do contact us sooner rather than later!
The cost of the course is $150. We recommend that you come to all eight sessions but if this is not possible, you could instead do several one-on-one sessions with one of our instructors to get you to the point where you could join a group class of mat.
If you have done Pilates before, we recommend you have a one-on-one session so we can assess what level class is best for you. Each studio is slightly different and it is important that new clients join a Dynamic Pilates class confident that they are at the right level and will be challenged but safe throughout their workout.
